Especially in case of an in-patient medical treatment (hospital) you are asked to call the ambulance hotine right at the very beginning of your hospital stay and to connect them with a responsible person at the hospital. The ambulance hotline will concert all neccessary measures as well as settlement of bills directly with the hospital.
As well the ambulance hotline will coordinate, arrange and carry out a medical return transport back home to your homecountry.
